Spokane, Wash., 22 Mar 2011 — InCyte Pathology, PS announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Davis-Sameh-Meeker Laboratories (DSM) in Walla Walla, Washington. The expected closing date for the sale is April 1, 2011. DSM Laboratories has provided clinical and anatomic pathology services in the Walla Walla community for 63 years.

The BenchMark ULTRA is a fully automated, random and continuous access slide staining system that processes IHC (immunohistochemistry) and ISH (in situ hybridization) tests simultaneously, with stat capabilities for rapid patient diagnosis.
